Built for one business at a time.

Websites, automations, platforms and whole products, built around what your business actually needs. Whether you're fixing what's there or launching something new.

What I build

Six shapes it takes. The job decides which.

Most builds use two or three of these together.

Property listings with area and bedroom filters on the LLH Residential website

Websites and funnels

The site people land on, and the pages that turn a visitor into a booking.

Automated workflows

The follow up, the reminders, the chasing. Handled without you having to remember any of it.

  • Enquiry follow up
  • Booking reminders
  • Review requests
  • Missed call text back

New products and platforms

Something that doesn't exist yet, built from scratch around how the idea actually works.

  • A client portal
  • A property listing platform
  • An online booking system
An online course built for a client

Courses and memberships

What you know, turned into something people can buy and work through on their own.

A GoHighLevel sales pipeline with new lead, contacted, proposal sent and closed stages

CRM and pipelines

One place where every enquiry lives, so nothing sits unanswered and you can see what is actually happening.

AI voice and chat agents

They answer the phone, the website chat and WhatsApp at any hour. They book the appointment, and they hand over to you when a person should take it.

  • Website chat
  • WhatsApp
  • Missed calls
  • Booking

Try it: the chat on this site is one of these.

How a build actually runs.

Most of the value happens before anything gets built. The thinking comes first, the implementation second.

Mapping out a process on a whiteboard with sticky notes before the build starts
  1. You tell me what you're trying to do

Even if you don't know whether it's possible. Half formed is fine, and it's usually where this starts.

  2. I work out whether it can be done

I research it, look at what it would actually take, and come back with the options and what each one means. Sometimes the answer changes the idea. That's the point of doing it first.

  3. Then it gets scoped and quoted

Once we both know what the thing is, I price it. Quoting before that point means quoting against a guess, which is how projects go wrong.

  4. I build it, and you see it as it goes

No disappearing for six weeks. When it's live, you can keep me on monthly to run it and grow it, or take it in house.

After it's live

A build is the start. Not the end.

Systems need looking after, AI agents need tuning, and the business keeps changing. Keep me on monthly for whatever you'd rather not handle yourself.

  • Scoped to you

Content, automations, AI tuning, fixes, strategy. You choose the mix.

  • One fixed fee

Quoted for your business, in your currency.

  • Reviewed quarterly

The scope moves as the business does.

Fixing what's there or launching something new. Half formed is enough to start with.

Builds and monthly support are quoted for your business. Platform plans are on the Working together page.
