Welcome to Elevate and Automate Ltd. By using our white-label platform and services, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, results-focused partnership built on integrity and simplicity.

Agreement Details

1. Business Identity and Agreement

This agreement is between you (the "Client") and Elevate and Automate Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 17083418) with a registered office at 30b Bramhall Lane South, Stockport, SK7 1AH. We provide a unified "Business OS" and automation consulting services built on the GoHighLevel infrastructure.

2. Services and High-Touch Support

As a GoHighLevel Certified Partner, we provide professional-grade CRM tools, website hosting, and automations.

Support Hours: Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM (GMT/BST).

Response SLA: We aim to provide an initial response to all support inquiries within 24 hours.

Third-Party Reliance: Our platform relies on third-party infrastructure. While we strive for maximum uptime, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream providers.

3. Subscription Plans and Usage Credits

We offer three monthly subscription tiers, each including a set amount of usage credit for SMS, Email, and Phone minutes:

Launch: £97 per month (Includes $15 of usage credit).

Accelerate: £147 per month (Includes $25 of usage credit).

Scale: £197 per month (Includes $35 of usage credit).

Once your included credit is exhausted, additional communication usage is rebilled at a rate of $1.5\times$ the base carrier cost to cover the high-speed delivery and compliance infrastructure we maintain for you.

4. Cancellation and "Easy-Exit" Policy

In alignment with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA), we believe in straightforward exits:

Month-to-Month: All plans are on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term contracts.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cooling-Off Period: New clients have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of sign-up to cancel and receive a refund, provided setup services have not been fully completed.

5. Setup Fees

A non-refundable setup fee applies to all accounts. This fee covers the deep-dive discovery, custom "Snapshot" deployment, and technical configuration. Once the setup phase is completed, the fee is deemed fully earned and non-refundable.

6. SMS & Communication Compliance (Mandatory)

To protect your brand and ensure high deliverability, you must adhere to the following carrier requirements:

Explicit Consent: You must obtain "opt-in" consent from every lead before sending marketing messages.

Privacy Disclaimer: You must include this exact wording in your privacy policy: "No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties".

Opt-Out: Every marketing SMS must include clear instructions to stop (e.g., "Reply STOP to opt out").

7. AI & Automated Decision-Making

Our platform utilizes AI for features like lead scoring and priority routing. Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA), you and your leads have the right to request "Human Intervention" on any significant automated decision. We provide this through our high-touch support and consulting sessions.

8. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure equitable access for all users, we apply a Fair Usage Policy. Prohibited activities include:

Using the platform to send "spam" or unsolicited traffic.

Reselling tasks or access to third parties outside of your authorized sub-accounts.

Placing an unreasonable burden on our support resources or system infrastructure.

9. Data Protection and Intellectual Property

We act as a "Data Processor" for the information you store in our platform, while you remain the "Data Controller". All custom "Snapshots," original designs, and workflows created by Elevate and Automate Ltd remain our intellectual property.

10. Complaints Procedure

If you feel we have not lived up to our value of Integrity, you have a right to complain. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and work to resolve it without undue delay, as required by the DUAA 2026.
